Hard Total Body Workout-Good for traveling

Need a good workout while you are traveling? This made me SO sore and is a great workout. Takes about 40-45 minutes!

  1. Many folks get involved with martial arts because they want to lose weight and get in great shape, but just martial arts by themselves won't help much if you're not changing what you eat. try this out
