The only thing I take is Juice Plus. I have been taking this since I was a kid. My parents started me on it when I was 14.
All it is is your daily servings of fruits and veggies. I eat very healthy and think fruits and veggies are very important. If you don't need them you excrete them- 2 capsules in the am and 2 in pm. They also have "chews" for kids. They love them.
