Healthy 7 Layer Mexican Dip
-Combine Refried Beans, Black Beans, Scallions, Salsa, Cumin, Chili Powder, and Jalapeños in a bowl.
-Transfer to 2 quart microwave safe dish and sprinkle with cheese.
-Microwave on high for 5 Minutes
-Remove and spread sour cream over mixture. Scatter Lettuce, Avocado and Olives (if using) on top. I also add a few chopped tomatoes.
