20 yoga poses for the "not so flexible" :)

I think most of you will agree with me we all need to take more time and practice yoga. It is great for the mind, body and spirit.

As women we are all very busy. My suggestion would be set aside 10-15 minutes to start- pick 3-4 of these poses and perfect them! Then add on! Let me know how it goes! Xo H
